After completing the course, the student should be able to identify and distinguish the different characteristics of tourist developments, analyze the feasibility, targeting business and marketing strategy of a hotel; budgeting a year of activity of the hotel; analysis and implementing quality in hospitality.
Expository method - Powerpoint presentation;

Demonstration of the syllabus coherence with the curricular unit's objectives
Basic information is provided to enable the reading of the market and the needs of customers in a hotel. The working groups are taken to develop a hotel, and simultaneously topics are discussed in the classroom to ensure the implementation in the essay. Presentation of a comprehensive project of a hotel, from design to operation.
Demonstration of the teaching methodologies coherence with the curricular unit's objectives
The application of the theoretical knowledge acquired in classes associated with the information contained in the legislation studied are the basis for a draft enforcement with spatial, temporal expression and with economic impact. The methodology proposes work partially executed in class, partly as a group, and presented in a professional manner.
