Demonstration of the syllabus coherence with the curricular unit's objectives

The distinction between the different meanings of the PA, the recognition of the administrative functions among the other functions of the state and the definition of Administrative Law can be reached through the study of Part I of the program.
Describe and distinguish the organization of the PA, identifying and implementing the respective legislation to cases of life attained by the study of Part II of the program.
The recognition and application of the regime of responsibility of the state and other public entities the legal problem solving is acquired with the study of Part III of the program.
The distinction of the general principles of administrative activity and identification of the ways to act with the study of Part IV of the program.

Demonstration of the teaching methodologies coherence with the curricular unit's objectives

To distinguish between the different meanings of the PA, to recognize the administrative function from the other functions of the state and set the Administrative Law, we use the lecture method with the critical analysis of the applicable law.
To describe and distinguish the organization of the AP, identifying and implementing the respective legislation to legal problem solving, we resort to expository method, the case study with application of the respective legislation.
To distinguish the general principles of administrativae activity and identify situations in which the PA is linking it to act or in the use of discretion refers to the case study and the legal problem solving.
