Objectives

- Understand a wide range of thematic business simulation: documentation, accounting function, the financial function, business function, interdepartmental relations, the impact of strategic options elected by the leaders of an organization at a given time;
- Know how to use a business simulation applied to real situations, allowing gain knowledge of business management.

Recommended Prerequisites

Competence over matters related to the management and accounting organizations acquired as part of the undergraduate curriculum.

The syllabus of the course are adapted to the objectives in that relevant thematic straddle the business simulation developed in accordance with the desired evolution of learning, including by promoting the ability of pesquisarem students, structuring, understanding critically, and report true business realities.

Demonstration of the teaching methodologies coherence with the curricular unit's objectives

The lecionação of the course is developed in practical classes through business simulation method, with the following objectives:
(i) allow students direct contact with the business practice;
(ii) clarify and accompany students on business simulation in order to promote and enhance their critical thinking about the various management practices in organizations; and, as a result of these aspects,
(iii) consolidate their knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis and evaluation of business practices.
