Demonstration of the syllabus coherence with the curricular unit's objectives

The initial program content, Project Management, will allow students to become able to know the importance of project management in organizations change strategy.
The following paragraphs (2-5) of the syllabus will allow students to be able to list and describe the processes of project management and use techniques associated with
project management.
Finally the project, carried out in the workplace, on the one hand allow students to use the techniques of project management, applying the processes of project
management to the project area of IS / IT, the other hand, to solve a particular problem (reason of the project) applying, in an integrated and creative way, the acquired
knowledge.

Demonstration of the teaching methodologies coherence with the curricular unit's objectives

The lectures will allow students to recognize the importance of project management in organizations change strategy and identify and describe the processes of project
management.
The resolution of exercises complemented with the project methodology will allow students to use the techniques associated with project management.
Finally the project methodology will allow students to use the techniques of project management, applying the processes of project management to the project area of IS / IT,
apply in an integrated and creative way, the knowledge gained. The presentation of the project will contribute to the development of oral communication skills.
