Objectives

The student should be able to identify solutions implement techniques to project management issues.
He/she should also be able to analyze and present empirical project management cases.

Teaching Metodology

The exposition method of the topics considered in the syllabus, with student active in-class participation, as
well as the application of active and demonstrative
methodologies allow the students to familiarize with the concepts and to be able to apply to real situations in
particular to develop and present a critical analysis of real
management problems and have an integrated view of the organization and the relationships and information
flows between different areas of Management.
The methods of assessment adopted value individual learning and enforce critical thinking and arguing
capabilities.
